It all started with a spark — a bold, beautiful idea: What if we created a show that helps virgins learn real, embodied intimacy skills?
Not just awkward how-tos or surface-level advice – but the deep, juicy stuff. The kind that helps you feel confident in your skin, connect with others authentically, and experience intimacy as something playful, empowering, and yes — pleasurable.
We were buzzing with excitement. We had our Somatica-based tools — methods we had lovingly developed, taught, and refined over years of real-life client work. We’d seen them in action. We knew they worked. And now, with the chance to bring them to a wider audience, we needed one thing to guide the way: the Show Bible.
This wasn’t just a behind-the-scenes document. It was the heart of the show — the blueprint for transformation. And writing it was like scripting a coming-of-age story for the soul and body.
The Dream Team and The Deep Dive
When we teamed up with Tom Garland, our showrunner, and his incredible production crew, we knew we were in good hands. Tom got it — he understood that this show wasn’t about performance. It was about truth. Vulnerability. Growth.
So we all sat down and asked ourselves: What do virgins really need to learn to feel safe, sexy, and connected? And from that question, the arc of our show was born.
We laid out six transformational phases — each one building on the last. A step-by-step journey that meets people exactly where they are, and lovingly walks them toward where they want to be.
The Core Phases: Where the Magic Happens
Phase 1 – Desire: Embodiment + Core Desires
This is where it all begins. We help participants drop out of their heads and into their bodies. What do they want? What lights them up? What feels delicious, even just in thought? This phase is about tuning in, getting curious, and discovering desire as something sacred and alive.

Let’s talk about pleasure! In this phase, we explore orgasm — solo and partnered, physical and energetic. We normalize pleasure as a human right and help participants break free of shame or pressure around climax. This phase is all about tuning in to what feels good — and giving permission to enjoy it.
Phase 6 – Escalation
Finally, we explore the art of turning things up: how to invite deeper intimacy, how to navigate desire and boundaries in real-time, and how to communicate wants with clarity and heart. This is where everything comes together — desire, touch, confidence, body love, pleasure. It’s the full expression.
