Arsenal are on course to delay Liverpool’s Premier League title party by at least a few more days after leading 2-1 against Crystal Palace going into the break.
Jakub Kiwior gave the Gunners the early advantage when he headed home after three minutes and Mikel Arteta’s side looked largely comfortable for the opening 25-minutes.
However, a fine volley from the edge of the box from Eberechi Eze pegged the hosts back and likely raised the excitement levels of those watching from the red section of Merseyside.
Outrageous…🤯

David Raya in the Arsenal goal escaped a couple of shaky moments before Leandro Trossard netted his tenth goal of the season to restore the hosts’ lead shortly before the half-time whistle.
With both teams perhaps having on eye on their respective upcoming semi-finals – Arsenal in the Champions League and Palace in the FA Cup – the first 45 had a slick but hardly frenetic tempo to it.
Despite the hosts advantage, it seems inevitable that Liverpool will soon be crowned champions.
Arne Slot’s team will officially become Premier League winners if Palace turn things around against the Gunners after the break or if Liverpool beat Tottenham on Sunday.
